Payment
A 25% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due 21 days before departure. Bookings made within 21 days of travel are payable in full at confirmation. Prices are based on current UAE taxes and the posted exchange rate; significant currency movement may revise the price before full payment.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 21 days before departure with a full refund, minus payment-gateway charges. Between 21 and 8 days, 50% of the package cost is retained. Within 7 days of departure or in case of a no-show, the package is non-refundable. Attraction tickets are date-locked once booked and cannot be rescheduled inside 72 hours of their slot.
